You would have to write an app that registers with the filesystem for
"file changed" events and re-reads the file data when those events fire.
WMI may offer some help there if you're trying to script it.

Bear in mind that this can be a huge resource hit on a really busy ISA
server...

I've been thinking (yes its true)
 
Can anybody think of a way that I could display the IP logs as they
appear. Kind of a rolling display of dropped and allowed packets.
 
Does anybody do this? Anyone have an idea how to make it happen?
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated
