ISA Keeps Stopping!

Hi Everybody:
At least once a week, ISA appears to prevent external DNS Servers talking to
our internal DNS Server.
We host a primary DNS behind our ISA and on a regular basis, external
secondary DNS servers are unable to refresh their records from our primary.
A reboot of ISA will always cure this. When this happens, all other
communication through ISA appears to be fine.
I have applied SP1 but that has made no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas?
