I already checked my MS DNS cache and they have the right IP address. I
thought I read some where that say ISA has its own built-in DNS Cache to
speed thing up.

Thanks

The MS DNS Service is not dependent upon any ISA service. There fore, it can
be restarted at any time.

The cache can be seen in the DNS MMC by choosing the advanced view.
