Thanks for the TIP... My biggest concern was that ALL WAS WELL for a year,
and then this happened, with no SETTING changes on my end..

I thought CACHING was just for WEB PROXY clients (getting out), not for
STUFF coming in....

Hi Glen,
Have you tried changing the Cache to 'Fequently' or turning off
Caching to see if new settings help?

I've been publishing a web server via ISA for about a year now, however,
this recent occurrence has me perplexed... The server seems to only be
UPDATING every 7-10 minutes... Among other things, the website features a
FEEDBACK/DISCUSSION board... In the past, when someone posts to the board,
their message appeared immediately....

For the past week, the messages posted to the published server are
drastically DELAYED, sometimes up to 7-10 minutes.. If I'm LOCAL on the
network, I see the messages IMMEDIATELY, but to the OUTSIDE WORLD, the
messages only post after a while..

The discussion/HTML linkages are all working fine... BUT there is latency
SOMEWHERE between the ISA SERVER, and the internal server where the FEEDBACK
BOARD is housed...

I have all Service PACKS (1) installed, I am using a DNS resolution service
(TZO), however, the latency is still present even when I access the board
via IP ADDRESS, HOST HEADER is sent by USER; I'm not changing it...

I even REMOVED ISA from the equation for a few minutes, and ALLOWED THE
OUTSIDE WORLD to hit this SERVER DIRECTLY... The postings were AUTOMATIC...

I don't want to SERVER PUBLISH this, because I NEED port 80 going
OUTBOUND...

Any ideas are appreciated...
