ISA 2K4 Voice Blocking

Hello,
can any one help me to block Voice on Yahoo, MSN, and on
other Instent messenging services, In ISA 2K i used to rename Firewall
Client name so that clients who have isntalled firewall are unable to
resolve the orignal server name and Firewal shows the message that it
is unaccessable, and clients were directed to use IP address in there
Internet explorer and in there IMs.
