Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2011 11:24 AM To: isalist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [isalist] ISA 2004 publishing rules http://www.ISAserver.org ------------------------------------------------------- Currently we have a publishing rule setup to allow external users access OWA from outside work. This uses two factor authentication using RSASecurID So, for this rule users at home use url like https://webmail.wirral.gov.uk/exchange which directs to load balanced OWA server internally and this works fine. We want to look at using a different form of authentication So, I created a new publishing rule and registered a new domain name Now we have https://testwebmail.wirral.gov.uk/exchange which directs to the same OWA server as above. When I use the last URL I get the authentication prompt and can login ok. I get the vertical bar(which separates the inbox, sent item buttons from the messages) appear on the left side of the screen then the page appears to time out and get the error page cannot be displayed Any thoughts people?
