ISA 2004 - Loading Java applets

I'm having trouble to make my users load java applets from websites, the
applet can't get the user authentication to ISA and shows a small ntlm
user login message box. Disabling the option using proxy server the same
configuration as in browser, in java item in control panel, I could make
it works, but, it would be impossible to set thins in each computer of
my company.
Does anybody knows what I have to do?
