I don't even think it's a question of needing it for business purposes, she
just hates change, she's used AOL since she was a student, and that?s back
when they started up 10+ years ago. From what I've seen everything she does
will work with IE. I think I'll just open up RDP out so she can use AOL on
her machine at home and just keep it off my network completely. - Marc

I'd pin her down on the specific discussions.
I've had many people tell me how AOL or AIM or other instant messengers were
absolutely required for a business purpose. Not surprisingly, I haven't had
one yet who would give me specifics.

I agree with you on that first one. I hate AOL. I hate having to support it,
but the business owner requires it to take part in her professional
community discussions. I've pushed for her to stop using it for years.
Maybe
this will help me along, ISA 2004 doesn't seem to want to let web browsing
at all from within AOL.
