ISA 2000 to 2004

Hi,
I have an ISA 2000 and going to install ISA 2004 on a new hard ware.
Have 2 questions:
1- What do I need to save/backup from my old server to install on my new
one to keep everything the same? (Settings, rules, policies, etc... I
have Exchange 2003 behind ISA)
2- I want to keep the same name (the new server will have the old
server's name). Can I install ISA 2004 and configure it now, then when
I am ready, remove the old ISA and rename the new one?
