I can't seem to figure it out why this happens. When my users access the OWA running on exchange 2003 server from most ISP's, they get the logon window, authenticate and access their emails without any trouble. But from some ISPs and if they type http://mail.company.com/exchange, they immediatly get the "Error: Access Denied" error. They don't even get the NT log on box. Yesterday I tried to OWA to my company server from a host behind ISA in some other company, I got the same error. But when I accessed the OWA site from my DSL line, it worked fine. I suspect my OWA server thinks user is actually sending the NT challenge/response information when they just type in the url http://mail.company.com/exchange. Is there anyway I can resolve this? My authentication method at /exchange in the IIS6.0 is integrated. Thanks --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? New and Improved Yahoo! Mail - 100MB free storage!
