That application didn't come from isatools.org.
There is a tool there that performs this task, though.

Subject: [isalist] IPConfig_eng.exe

Hi All,

On www.isatools.org I have found a tool named IPConfig_eng.exe.
This tool should allow you to update ISA's policy rules when your external
IP addres changes. Since I'm using a cable modem to connect to the
internet a tool like this is very interesting for me.
Unfortunately there was no documentation along with the executable.
So my question is: Does any of you have some experience with this program.
What do I need to do to get this program up and running.
Do i need tho create a service for it with a program like firedeamon?

Thanks for your help.

BR,
Fokke
