IP Multicasting through PPTP tunnel on ISA server

I am using W2K and I have W2K ILS and added a multicast scope to the
dhcp server. Conferencing works fine internally. I am connected to
another network via a PPTP tunnel.
If a computer is part of my domain on the other network will ISA allow
it to pick up the multicast group address and join in a Internet Call
(using phone dialer) through the PPTP connection?
