You do have sufficient rights to install ISA, right ?
Check the ISAWRAP logfile for more information.

Hi everyone
i have windows server 2003 ent.[standalone, no AD], installed with service
pack 1 and all recent patches and updates.
I am installing ISA server 2004, installation wizard starts and in "setup
scenarios" screen i select "Install both ISA server services and
Configuration Storage Server", than after asking couple of more things
installation begins and installs every thing sucessfully, BUT at the end
wizard says "INSTALLATION FAILED", without telling me any reason,
what could be the possible cause?
