No, you need to be able to "get" to it from the internet.

Thanks for your response. This ISA 2004 server is on a ESX host and is
virtual, going through a virtual switch on the ESX host. Not sure what
you mean by telneting from an external client. Don't I need to be able
to get to my mail server on port 143 from the ISA box for IMAP to work?

Derek

The haggis is unusual in that it is neither consistently nocturnal nor diurnal,
but instead is active at dawn and dusk (crepuscular), with occasional forays
forth during the day and night.
