If
- You want to browse to the outside world from the ISA itself
- And, you have enabled packet filtering .
You should create a packet filter to enable that.
Name : Web_OUT
Protocol : TCP
Direction : Outbound
LocalPort : Dynamic
RemotePort : Fixed 80

I am still having a problem with the server that has ISA on it. When the
packet filtering is turned on IE can not get to the web. I can ping an
outside web site like yahoo.com and such but IE can not go there. I have
IE set up as a SNAT but it still does not work.
