I can't send an E.mail

Hello,
I can't send an E.Mail to somebody who is not a Wanadoo.fr user (our
provider). If I send an E.Mail to toto@xxxxxxxxxx, it's OK but if I send
an E.Mail to toto@xxxxxxx it's not OK, I get this message :
Impossible to send this message ... Protocole : SMTP, server response :
'550 RCPT TO:<toto@xxxxxxx> Relaying not allowed', Port : 25,
Secured (SSL) : No, Server Error : 550, Error number : 0x800CCC79
(I have translated the message, it was in French, Sorry for my English)
