How to use voice communication behind ISA Sever

I am using ISA Server as my Caching and Firewall server(Integrated mode).
I want to use MSN messenger 4.5 for voice communication and also
NetMeeting for Video conferencing. I have also enabled tcp/udp port 6901
for inbound and outbound. May be i was wrong, is there anybody who can
tell me how to handle this.
