How to use NAT to identify differents internal subnets

we have a multisubnets network behind a firewall and we want to be able to
identify from the public side of the firewall the originating subnet of
each request. To achieve that, we wanted to map a specific public ip
address on the firewall (with multiple addresses bound to the same public
interface) to each subnet which can allow us to know the originating
subnet but we were unable to find a way to do that with ISA. Does someone
know a way to achieve this kind of setup or is this impossible with
Microsoft ISA ?

Thanks by advance.
