How to setup an ISA server with cable modem connection

Hi there,

How to setup an ISA server with cable modem connection which is having
static IP address and the interface is ethernet. Also I would like to know
how to block outgoing attachment. Is is possible to connect dialup and
cable modem connection at one time?
