Sorry, I forgot about something.  Just like it says ont the content-group
property page,  HTTP requests are tested by mime type, ftp requests are
tested by file extension.

Might need to find an application filter that will check extensions in http
requests, or just enforce corporate policy...

I have tried this before, instead of application/octet-stream, i added
.exe,.mp3,.zip, but it didnt' work.
