How to allow multicast packets through ISA server firewall ?

I have a client application on my intranet that receives multicast packets.
Since ISA server is a gateway for my network i couldn't find a way to allow
multicast transfer.
ISA server 2004 run on Windows 2000 box
If i enable IGMP on RRAS , proxy on External interface and Routing on internal
, can be my solution ?
Except that, is smth else to do on access policies on ISA server?
