How to Stop this

Hi 

I have installed GFI realtime monitor to see the realtime activities. I
have come through this entry several times, which i suppose means, that i
tries to download or verify something from microsoft site. I have tried to
block it, but it is not working. Can anyone tell me about how to block
this.
