How to Populate A List for SMTP Message Screening?

Hello all,
Now that I have SMTP Filtering/ Screening set up on an ISA server does
anyone know how I can populate the Senders, Domain name and Keywords lists
without having to type in the extremely long list we have accumulated? Is
there a script out there that would allow me to import a txt file? I hope
so, it would take forever to type these in!
Also, there are URLs where someone can pick up a lists of spammers and keep
up to date on the filtering the addresses of known spammers, how can this be
used with ISA SMTP Message Screener? Does anyone have a good list of sites
to pick up these lists? I'd like to automate the filtering as much as
possible without purchasing a third party piece of software since we already
own ISA.
