HTTP Content + HTTPS = problem

Hi,
I configured "Site and Content rules" with "HTTP Content" denying
"video" and "audio", to all outbound connection.
The problem is that I can't access HTTPS, the ISAServer request
authentication.
**When I disable "HTTP Content", I can access https without problems.
Can anybory help-me???
