Not to sound rude Moazzam, but web publishing is a core function of ISA, and
is discussed in depth under Web Publishing Rules in the help index. It's
right there in the help. And there are multiple references all over the
place for web publishing.
Typing in "ISA Web Publishing" in Google works quite well. Here's your URL:

The folks on this list are quite willing to help, but you've got to show
that you've done a bit of due diligence.
