Do you have an H.323 Gatekeepers node at all in the MMC?

I added Gatekeeper to ISA. I can see the service running, but it does not
show up under ISA Management. This is on Windows 2003 Server. I am
connected via Remote Desktop. Does this have anything to do with my
remote connection?
