GFI mail security

I downloaded gfi mail security.
I want to install it on my isaserver.
So once again i have to install the SMTP service on ISAserver.
Create a localhost publishing and will forward mail to my exchange server.
Bu tbefore i beginn, how has experience with this configuration.
