Solved this off-list but for anyone else who downloads you have to be
logging in Extended Log format :)

runs via Window Scheduler, see sample reports at

Current only works with ISA Web Proxy logs, any feedback appreciated.
I am in the process of greatly expanding the reverse proxy reporting for
those who have a web server published with web publishing rules. Also in the
next month I will be adding Firewall and IP Logs analysis as well as IIS
Extended Log analysis.
