Forcing a disconnect for AIM users

Hello,
Is there any way to enforce a access policy schedule. For example, I allow
users to access AOL Instant Messaging during normal work hours but not after
6PM. This works for users who attempt to execute AIM outside of the window.
However, all users logged into AIM by 6PM do not get disconnected. Can I force
the disconnects? Thanks.
