Firewall service stops after making config changes

Hi,
anyone noticed the following:
after doing some changes to the firewall policies and pressing apply the
firewall service is stopped, but not started again. The eventlog states
that the firewall service entered a stopped state. You have to manually
start the service. This doesn't happen everytime you change a policy. It
not clear to me when exactly it happens, so I'm not able to reproduce
it, but it happened to me 3 times now...
