FWC auto config denied by default rule

Hi All,
I am working on an ISA 2k4 machine with a pretty standard config that has
been in use for some time now. FWC clients are auto config and until today
this has been working. Now I see that ISA is denying the connection to GET
http://10.1.1.2/wspad.dat by the default rule.
The server was rebooted mid day and that is the only thing that has
happened out of the ordinary.
Any ideas?
