It doesn't.
What it does do is insinuate itself between your Winsock apps and Winsock.
Consequently, you'll get behavior that doesn't always seem to coincide with 
your routes.
Remember; the FW client communicates its desires to ISA and together they 
decide what you want.

Hi all, does anyone know why the firewall client affects routing? It
doesn't change the routes but somehow the fw client is interfering with
my static routes.
