In the details pane, click a server publishing rule or access rule that applies to FTP traffic. 3. On the Tasks tab, click Edit Selected Rule. 4. On the Traffic tab (for a server publishing rule) or on the Protocols tab (for an access rule), click Filtering, and then click Configure FTP. 5. I always get the error below on my browser. What could be the reason? I allowed FTP access. Also make sure that PASSIVE tick box is checked on IE. ISA Server: extended error message : 200 Switching to Binary mode. 200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV. 425 Failed to establish connection.
