FW Client and DS Client on Windows 98

Hello All,
Has anyone experienced any problems such as the following when both
the firewall client and the Active Directory Services Client are
installed on a Windows 98 PC ?
1. GPF's on login - MPREXE caused a Illegal Operation in module
negotiate.dll
2. Internet Explorer 6 crashing as soon as icon is double clicked -
standard send/don't send information to microsoft - continuously
occurs.
