I know.
Trying to get the content editors to understand that including the RTM version 
in the document when SP1 is required only confuses the issue is like explaining 
to a dog why it shouldn't drink from the toilet.

The "belief" is that since the problem exists in RTM, then the fix applies 
there as well.

Jim, a slight problem.

In the KB about the problem, it states you must have SP1 installed to apply
the patch.

However, in the patch download, it indicates a requirement with or without
the patch.

Please clarify.
