FP Hit counters dropped after ISA FP1 install

We run about twenty FP-extensions-equipped web sites behind our ISA
server. Since installing the ISA Feature Pack over the weekend all of the
FP hit counters have stopped displaying. The FP sites are running on two
servers separate from the ISA server.
One of the two servers had some security patches applied over the weekend
but not the other so the only common link at this point appears to be ISA
server.
Has anyone experienced something along these lines?
