Export problem

I import blacklist with script that wrote
<mailto:offtopic@xxxxxxx?subject=Squid%20Import%20script%20for%20ISA%202004>
Sergey V. Gordeychik. I use his directions to import configuration from
http://www.squidguard.org/blacklist/ and it has 400000+ domains. Import
these amount of domains in ISA Server Domain Name Sets take quite long time.
Problem starts here. When I try to Export ISA configuration management
console just stop reponding.
Is there any chance to solve this problem?
