Hi Phil,
I'd use the rmisa.exe tool on the CD to wipe out the ISA config and
start clean.

Six months ago, we had to reinstall ISA server because of a hardware
crash.
Apparently, we used a CD with a 120 day Enterprise Eval copy to install
from. We entered our Std edition key. Now, we are getting a message
saying
our evaluation has expired. However, ISA is still working properly.
Since
everything is running fine, I just need to get rid of the message. TIA
for
any help.
