Error http 401

I have to access to one site and my navigator affiches : 

Erreur HTTP 401
401.3 Unauthorized - Unauthorized due to ACL on resource

I think that this error is from my firewall ISA Server, because when i
access to that site from another PC which isn't behind a firewall, i
haven't this message. Have you any idea about this problem?
