I followed Shinder's book step by step to set up ISA except when I published
the web server, it didn't work until I changed from the name of the upstream
server to the internal IP address. Everything was working fine until I made
the changes to IIS. The default web site was a virtual directory with
content from D:\inetpub\wwwroot\youthonestop_org like the setup at work.
However, I have begun to work with ASP.NET and .NET and I needed to access
additional websites. When I moved the default website to c:\inetpub\wwwroot,
I lost connection.

Setup:
flagship - runs ISA (2 NICs) Internal: 192.168.1.1
web - runs IIS 5.0, ADS, DNS, DHCP 192.168.1.2
Digistudio - workstation 192.168.1.2
I run my own domain (WynneWade.com) on web
When trying to connect from all three, i get Error 10061 - Connection
Refused
What have I done???
