In that case I think you're out of luck.  All web-based e-mail programs that I 
know of utilize HTTP for file transfers, making it difficult to block.

Unless there is a specific URL that is involved in the file attachment 
sequence, I do know of a way to block just that function.

Yes, I know that. But I want to restrict uploading also. For example user can 
open yahoo mail but not upload any data on mail.
