Do you see anything in the event logs, by any chance ? From what I've found
sofar, removing the regkeys and files (move them somewhere, don't delete)
and rebuilding the list has been known to fix this problem. I can't find any
clues as to why this occurs, because if it'd be a security matter, some sort
of warning/event should be created. Check the logs first, see if you can
find anything interesting.

Paul.

Hi Paul
there are 19 hidden files in my ISA/Data folder.
and its not happening occasionaly, its happening.
No matter when I use remote MMC or local, they just
disappeared when I close my ISA MMC and open it again.
till my ISA MMC opens they remain there.

so what should I do now? remove all the 19 hidden
files and how to remove my registry keys corresponding
to that files?
thanks and Regards
