DHCP With dynamic ip

Hi
I have ADSL with dynamic ip offer from my ISP
it work OK with proxy. But since I upgrade to ISA
server my computer can't contact DHCP server
to get the ip address. I have to disable packet filtering
for it to work then enable packet filtering again. Tried
create custom filter for port 67 and 68 still not work
Please help any one ?
