Thanks for the response, however this isnt a publishing problem, its when
we try to restrict access for our users to a limited set of HTTP and HTTPS
site. Were fine as long as we have rules for HTTP only, but as soon as we
try restricting access to specific HTTPS sites it all goes to pot...
