Client has a need to migrate from Linux - Apache (Firewall/Proxy Solution)
to a platform that will provide ease of management. The option available to
them is applinace type of device or MS ISA Server solution.
The requirements is for a system to provide granule control of what
users/groups will have access to from the net as their cost are spiralling
by downloading mpegs and alike.
Will the ISA Server provide the following;
1. granule control - allowing users access to all the content on the WWW and
others limited access?
2. Control of bandwdith - ie "squizzing" limiting the access network to
simulate poor response when users begin download processes?
