Could be that the clients aren't even connecting through the ISA
firewalls because of DNS cache poisoning on their ISP's servers.

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hello,

We have two IIS servers behind ISA 2000. ( +- 350 sites ) Both are
published
trough server publishing. Because we need the exact logfiles, we can't
use
web server publishing...
This setup works great for several years now.

Last week we have some clients complaining about "10061 Connection
Refused"
Error. Mostly when traffic to our servers is high. I searched everything
I
could but cannot find any solution...
Why are they getting this? (happens not very often, but they keep
calling)

Little (simple) background:
We have 10 servers and 15 workstations behind ISA. We host 350 sites, 50
database driven.

Thanx for helping on this one...
Kristof
