Configuring ISA Server 2000

I already installed ISA Server together with DNS and DHCP into 1 Computer.
However, it is not nice to install like, isn't it? however, my client pc
can access internet and browse to internet. But the my ISA server( the PC
i still together with DNS and DHCP) could not access to the internet.
Could please instruct on how to install it properly and easily?
