unfortunatly in that company its not working and they get used to share
their password, more than 2000 users and about 400 concurrent users

so, any plug in or software for preventing this ?
Im thinking of a VPN server with AAA Accounting like Cisco ACS or NTTACPLUS,
but Issure is accounting based on the websites and filtering

Any comment appreciated
