Complex system discusin

So I am in the begining of creating new system for my company, butin this
moment I have very unclear situation
ISA (standalone Wproxy-----internal)======PIX=====Proxy(Squid---on way
comm)========outside
My idea is very simple, to unify system and take all advantages of ISA
ARRAY, with Win 2k3 Srv NLB features, trying to avoid single point of
failure, with ?software redundant? system.........
Desired state (for me)
ISA1 (array)=====PIX===ISA2(array)====outside
Only isa 1 can initiate connection to ISA2.....
So maybe Mr. Jim Harrison and Tom Shinder have any Issues for me......
