I've seen a program called rmisa.exe mentioned a couple times on the list.  
Haven't used it myself, but according to a presentation I found on the 
Microsoft site, it removes most items.  Here is the link.

The program appears to be on the ISA install disk.

  Other than using the Add/Remove Programs applet, is there a process for 
completely removing ISA from a W2K server (and I don't mean fdisk, people!) I 
am referring to any stray DLL's, program directories, or registry entries.
